Katrice is an award-winning attorney, author, consultant and entrepreneur with over 25 years of professional experience working with the federal government, private law firms, academic institutions and corporate America.

As a minority woman who has risen to the top of an extreme competitive field, Katrice now helps create diversity and inclusion in workplaces across the United States.  She helps students successfully transition from college classrooms to corporate careers by developing a targeted plan to achieve success and promote leadership.  As an entrepreneur, Katrice has built and maintained a successful consulting and training business working with organizations to create corporate compliance training programs and policies to mitigate legal and financial risks, attract and retain top talent and achieve more productive and profitable organizations.

However, Katrice's greatest title is Mom to her two sons Antoine and Jalen.  As a single parent and mentor, she is intimately familiar with the anxiety and expectations placed on today's youth as well as the challenges professionals face as they establish and grow their careers.  Her keynote events focus on helping leaders overcome adversity and develop resilience to acheive growth and success in thier personal and professional lives.
